The Brief
Based in the heart of Somerset, this successful craft beer brewer Wild Beer Co decided to take on a fixed premises to combine their unusual beer flavours with fine dining and a traditional pub experience.

A historic grade II listed regency style property in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire offered the perfect backdrop to adding some wild tones and keeping true features of the period building. The Wild personality needed to flow across the 3 floors – each with a distinguishable difference in style and use. A ground floor bar for drinking and bar snacks, a basement for fine dining and the second floor for private meeting spaces.

The Solution
Spaceworks took the lead from the outset on this project, surveying the building and providing design inspiration, layout plans and finally full set of build plans with detailed elevations for the refurbishment. Our contractors were mobilised and we realised a programme to deliver the refurbishment over a 6 week period – which included new wiring and mains board to run a new lighting scheme, all new floor finishes, an internal staircase and 3 bar areas with back bars, new panelling and new furniture through-out.
