The Brief
Working with market leaders in their field, Birmingham based Cooksongold –  suppliers of jewellery making products including semi precious metals to the jewellery making trade. From beads, modelling clay, findings, chain, hand tools and larger machinery. Spaceworks were asked to design a new trade counter format that displayed effectively and clearly their 10,000 + SKU’s, made ordering streamlined in an environment that their customers could browse, linger and feel inspired. The space needed to have a dedicated demonstration area as well as touch back to the heritage and history of the company.

The Solution
Keeping things simple yet effective we allowed the product to do the talking providing displays with a simple metal framework and maximum glazing to high ticket items whilst overhead graphics gave glimpses to the companies 100 years heritage.

New products and techniques require testing right? YES! – our design concept installed into the space a typical jewellery makers workshop, brick walled with cabinets and workbench to demonstrate new products and provide a space to invite customers to view products in action.
